　　1、什么是做市商：

　　做市商是指有一定实力和信誉的投资者，不断地向市场上其他投资者提供买卖价格，并按其提供的价格接受其他投资者的买卖要求，以其自有资金与投资者进行交易，从而为市场提供即时性和流动性，并通过买卖价差实现一定利润。简单说就是：报出价格，并能按这个价格买入或卖出。

　　一般来说，做市商必须具备下述条件：

　　(1)具有雄厚的资金实力，这样才能满足投资者的交易需要。

　　(2)要有准确的报价能力和较强的分析能力。

　　做市商交易特点：

　　(1)提高流动性，增强市场吸引力

　　(2)有效稳定市场，促进市场平衡运行

　　2、Bit-Z做市商资格申请：

　　(1)具有一定做市能力或需求的个人/团体;

　　(2)需缴纳每日 10 BZ 服务费(2018年8月31日前申请可享受为期3个月期全免服务费);

　　(3)在线添加微信号：bitzcom666(请务必备注“申请做市商”)，提出资格申请。Bit-Z将于3个工作日内审核通过并认证做市身份。

　　在线申请步骤：

　　(1)添加微信号：bitzcom666，请务必备注“申请做市商”;

　　(2)申请初审：是否完成二级认证、是否存在异常交易;

　　(3)符合初审资格账号将收到信息收集表，内容包含：申请类型(个人/团体)、申请人姓名、联系电话等;

　　(4)终审通过后，3日内开放做市资格。

　　3、做市返还规则：

　　(1)开放全部交易对参与做市;

　　(2)做市返还规则：

　　每日(BTC) 返还比例

　　50 - 200 返还50%交易手续费

　　200 - 500 返还70%交易手续费

　　500 - 800 返还90%交易手续费

　　800及以上 返还95%交易手续费

　　*若ETH/BTC、BTC/USDT、ETH/USDT每日做市超过800 BTC，则享受100%返还。

　　(3)手续费每周结算1次：

　　a. 返还当天净资产不低于50 BTC;

　　b. 每日做市金额均不低于50 BTC，则视为正常，否则当周不予返还;

　　c. 按照每日实际做市金额与档位核算。

　　4、其他

　　(1)做市账户每日交易金额或资产余额，不参与任何官方活动或福利;

　　(2)若该账号收到涉嫌洗钱、交易作弊、交易漏洞等行为的举报，平台有权终止其做市权利;

　　(3)做市商权限及义务最终解释权归Bit-Z所有。

　　5、注：上述做市量为做市账号全部数字资产折合BTC总价。

Bit-Z Market Maker Application Open!

1. What is a market maker:

A market maker or liquidity provider is a company, or an individual, that quotes both a buy and a sell price in a financial instrument or commodity held in inventory, hoping to make a profit on the bid-offer spread, or turn.

In general, market makers must have the following conditions:

  (1) Having strong financial strength to meet the trading needs of investors.

  (2) Having accurate quoting ability and strong analytical ability.

Market maker trading features:

  (1) Improve liquidity and enhance market appeal.

  (2) Effectively stabilize the market and promote balanced operation of the market.

2. Bit-Z market maker qualifications:

  (1) Individuals/groups with certain market-making capabilities or needs;

  (2) A daily 10 BZ service fee is required (apply before August 31, 2018 can enjoy 0 service fee);

  (3) Add Wechat: bitzcom666(please remark"Apply market maker"), apply for qualification. If approved, you will be certified for market making within 3 working days.

Online application steps:

  (1) Add Wechat: bitzcom666, please remark"Apply market maker";

  (2)Preliminary review: Complete Level 2 Verification or not; Whether there is abnormal transactions;

  (3) The account that meets the preliminary review qualification will receive an information collection form, including: application type (individual/group), applicant name, contact phone number, etc.;

  (4) After the final review, the market maker qualification will be opened within 3 days.

3. Transaction fee return rules:

  (1) Open all trading pairs to participate in the market making;

  (2) Transaction fee return rules:

Daily(BTC)                    return ratio

50 - 200                        return 50% transaction fee

200 - 500                     return 70% transaction fee

500 - 800                     return 90% transaction fee

800 and above            return 95% transaction fee

* If ETH/BTC, BTC/USDT, and ETH/USDT have more than 800 BTC trading volume per day, market makers will enjoy 100% return.

  (3) The transaction fee is settled once a week:

     a. The net assets of the day of return shall not be less than 50 BTC;
     b. If the daily market-making amount is not less than 50 BTC, it will be regarded as normal, otherwise the transaction fee of that week will not be returned;
     c. Calculate according to the actual daily market making amount and grade.

4. Other

  (1) The daily trading volume or asset balance of the market-making account does not participate in any official activities or benefits;

  (2) If the account receives reports of suspected money laundering, transaction cheating, transaction loopholes, etc., Bit-Z has the right to terminate its market making rights;

  (3) The right to interpret the rights and obligations of the market maker is owned by Bit-Z.

5. Note: The above market-making volume is the total number of trading volume of the market-making account, which is equivalent to the total price of BTC.
